Thanks for shopping with Diva Homes PK. We want to be clear and fair: we do not offer exchanges or returns on any products. Furniture is large, often custom, and hard to restock. Because of that, all sales are final.
That said, we also want you to receive what you ordered and in good condition. Read the short exceptions and how to report a problem below.
No exchanges or returns
All purchases are final. This includes full-price items, sale items, custom or made-to-order pieces, upholstery, mattresses, and clearance items. Please check product dimensions, finishes, and descriptions carefully before you buy.
Exceptions: damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
If your order arrives damaged, is clearly defective on arrival, or we delivered the wrong item, we will review the case and make it right. These cases are limited to issues caused in transit or clear manufacturing faults.
To report a problem, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send photos showing the damage or the wrong item, plus a photo of the delivery label and the full order number.

Keep the packaging and the product until our team inspects it or gives further instructions.
Email info@divahomespk.com with the subject line: Problem with Order #[your order number]. Include the photos and a short description.
How we handle valid claims
After we receive your report and photos, we will review the evidence and confirm next steps. Where we confirm damage or an incorrect item, we will, at our discretion:

Arrange repair, or

Replace the item, or

Offer a refund for the affected item.
If we confirm the issue is not covered (for example, damage caused after delivery or wear from use), we will explain why and close the claim.
Cancellations
If you change your mind right after ordering, contact us immediately. We can cancel orders only if they have not entered production or left our warehouse. Once an item is marked as dispatched or is custom-made, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping for approved remedies
If we approve a repair, replacement, or refund due to our error or transit damage, we will cover reasonable return or collection shipping costs. If a return is required but not approved under this policy, the customer may be responsible for collection and shipping.
Non-returnable items
Custom orders, made-to-measure items, fabric swatches, and clearance goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or incorrectly shipped.
